Damage Items Policy

Any item that is purchased from us will be secured with bubble wrap and eco friendly packing peanuts. However sometimes the journey to you may not be as smooth as intended. Sometimes things happened that are beyond our control. If your package is damaged upon arrival please contact us VIA email @jaycoleuniquecandles@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with photo of damaged package so we may file a claim with the USPS. In the mean time we work with you to get replacement to you as soon as possible. The Original Shipping charges are not REFUNDABLE

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused products in their original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
